Preparation

- The surrounding rubber was then abraded using the UPS MINI-BLASTER, creating a rough textured finish that would ensure optimal adhesion of the repair material.

Priming

- The repair area was primed using UPS 366 P PRIMER. This primer was allowed to cure for one hour, preparing the surface for the application of the rubber repair compound.

Application of UPS365 RR RUBBER REPAIR 60

- The repair area was rebuilt using UPS 365 RR, a high-performance rubber repair compound. To reinforce the repair, UPS 998 REINFORCEMENT TAPE was applied, ensuring the durability and longevity of the repair.

- The entire repair process was completed in a single day, allowing the conveyor belt to be returned to service promptly.
