High-Performance Epoxy System | UPS 19000 RH ThistleBond

UPS 19000 RH THISTLEBOND STANDARD RESIN & HARDENER (IMPA 81 22 16) is a high performance, solvent free epoxy system designed for onsite repairs to metal, wood, glass and synthetic materials.

The mixed RESIN & HARDENER can be applied to manually prepared surfaces to create a GRP Layer around the entire circumference of leaking pipe surfaces (UPS COMPOSITE WRAPPING). By incorporating layers of high strength woven glass fibre (UPS THISTLEBOND GLASS TAPE) the pipe repair systems proven to give 10 years+ protection to damaged leaking or porous pipe surfaces.

· Specifically designed for encapsulating problematic pipework with diameters ranging from12mm to 1,100mm.

· Oncefully cured, the system can withstand pressures of up to 300 psi.

· For injection applications, the material can be pumped into voids up to 15mm in depth.
