UPS 205 HB High Build Ceramic Repair

UPS 205 HB HIGH BUILD CERAMIC REPAIR is an erosion-corrosion resistant high build epoxy coating for use principally in fluid flow situations. The material can be applied directly to abrasive blasted steel at wet film thickness between 1mm to 3mm (40 – 120mil).

HEAT RESISTANCE

Suitable for long-term water immersion at temperatures up to 70°C (158°F)

Resistant to dry heat in excess of 200°C (392°F) dependent on load

CHEMICAL RESISTANCE

The product demonstrates resistance to a wide variety of inorganic acids, alkalis’, salts and organic media
