UPS 814 CRS CHEMICALLY RESISTANT SCREED is a chemically resistant, solvent free epoxy resin repair mortar for use on problematic concrete flooring.
The product has been designed to be applied to uneven concrete surfaces subject to chemical attack from strong industrial chemicals. The material can be applied at a wet film thickness of 10-30mm (3/8 – 1”), on curing the product will resist 98% sulphuric acid, 36% hydrochloric acid and 75% phosphoric acid.
Extremely hard-wearing product
Can be applied up to a 30mm wet film thickness with no slumping
Very high compressive strength -
4 times higher than standard concrete
No shrinkage regardless of thickness applied
Exceptional characteristics for heavy traffic areas
Outstanding chemical resistance to a wide range of industrial chemicals
Solvent free material –
Reduce Health & Safety concerns
Outstanding adhesion properties to metallic and non-metallic surfaces such as: concrete, brick, stone etc.,
Applications for UPS 814 CRS CHEMICALLY RESISTANT SCREED include:
Repairs to floors, ramps, steps, coving etc.,
Refurbishment of chemical boxes
Protection to chemical drains, floors, channels etc.,
Repairing damage bund / secondary containment areas
