UPS 662 UV TOPCOAT is a one component, moisture triggered elastomeric urethane coating specially developed as a high-performance waterproofing membrane base coat for us of all types of roof surfaces.
Used as the top coat for the UPS 661 EC EMBEDMENT COAT for the full waterproofing membrane system.
This system can achieve 10, 15, 20 and 25 year service life depending on specification.

Application for UPS 662 UV TOPCOAT include:
Long term protection for roof surfaces
A base of UPS 661 EC should be laid at a coverage rate of 1.2 LTR/m² with 100gsm or 225gsm chopped strand matting embedded into the material.
Once the base coat has reached a suitable overcoating window, a topcoat of UPS 662 UV TOPCOAT can be applied at a coverage rate of 0.75LTR/m² for a 15-year system, 1.0LTR/m² for a 20-year systems or 1.75LTR/m² for a 25-year system.
