UPS 405 EPC-AG EPOXY PROTECTIVE COATING - ABRASION GRADE is a high build solvent free epoxy coating designed for the long-term protection of steel and concrete structures against chemical attacked, wear and abrasion.
UPS 405 EPC-AG is a modified version of the standard UPS 405 EPC which has been loaded with hardened ceramic particles to provide outstanding abrasion resistance.
This two-part epoxy coating provides outstanding chemical resistance and protects equipment operating in a wide range of industrial chemicals.
It has outstanding adhesion to manually prepared surfaces making it ideal for difficult applications.
UPS 405 EPC-AG can be brush, roller or standard airless spray applied making it one of the most versatile products.
Contains hardened ceramic particles which provide outstanding abrasion and wear resistance
Reduces downtime and eliminates the need for replacement
Solvent free epoxy – Reducing Health & Safety concerns
Once cured the material provides high abrasion and impact resistance making it ideal for protection against high solid content– chemicals / fluids
